Located in the outskirts of Ahangama village famous for its stilt fishermen and beach sits this grand old 4 bedroom house.

Facilities include 4 ensuite air conditioned bedrooms, an indoor sitting room, indoor dining room, a dining pavilion located next to a BBQ area and a large pool with pool side pavilion. The villa was taken over and renovated to add a bit of contemporary flair whilst preserving its traditional aspects, embodying age-old charm, with the subtle song of the sea echoing in the distance.

The villa is a chronicle of ancient Dutch architecture with a hint of present-day interior comprising of 4 double bedroom suites. It is located in Koggala, a few km away from Galle and is slightly elevated overlooking rice fields. Set in approximately 1 acre of manicured gardens the pool and pool side pavilion are slightly apart, but easily visible from the house. There are magnificent french doors which open up to a stunning veranda area where meals can be enjoyed.

Lush Villa is located in close proximity to the beach so guests can have a day out on the shore and participate in water-based activities. The nearby Koggala Lake offers fun boat rides and is an ideal activity for creating memories with your family or friends

There are 5 bedrooms; 4 in the main house that can be closed off around an inner courtyard making it perfect for families with small children, and the 5th bedroom in a garden suite. The villa is spacious with a front lawn where evenings can be spent, a fully equipped sitting room with DVD players and a surround system. The pool is located on the lower terrace, a little private gate within the villa confines opens up to a lagoon for safe swimming and snorkeling (seasonally). Meals will be taken care of by the in-house chef, serving the best food catered according to the preferences of guests. It is a lovely house perfect for families.

The master suite has a bath tub on its balcony.
